I am an old-time and folk musician who plays banjo, guitar, harmonica, and mandolin. I love to jam with other musicians and play for my own enjoyment.

I have a YouTube channel where I have been posting instructional videos for banjo since 2010. I've made some of the only instructional videos on the internet for certain obscure banjo styles, including the idiosyncratic styles of Pete Seeger and Dock Boggs.

I started playing drums in middle school and soon became enamored with jazz. Throughout high school, jazz drums was my primary musical pursuit, until I picked up guitar during my junior year, in order to accompany myself while singing Beatles songs. That lead me to Bob Dylan and folk music in general.
